iApprove™ Purchasing + iApprove™ Workflows
A shared SIG + ISS Group engagement showing how a QAD upgrade and complementary workflow and procurement solutions work together.
Trividia Health develops healthcare diagnostics solutions supporting diabetes management and patient care. The engagement centered on procurement, supplier management, operational approvals, and continued alignment with QAD.
Purchasing, supplier onboarding, and scrap authorization connect to QAD through data-driven routing, validated transactions, direct QAD execution, and complete audit history.
As SIG led the move to QAD 2023 Cloud, the team evaluated whether newer QAD procurement capabilities could replace the existing solution while supporting Trividia's approval, buying, supplier, and operational-control requirements.
Flexible data-driven routing was needed beyond what QAD alone could easily address.
Supplier setup and changes needed structured intake, validation, and approvals.
Scrap requests needed a formal path through review, approval, documentation, and reporting.
Users needed PunchOut, catalogs, mobile access, and consistent requisitioning.
Buyers needed an easier path from QAD MRP messages to direct-material POs.
QAD 2023 Cloud needed to coexist with the ISS Group functionality already supporting the business.
SIG supported the QAD 2023 Cloud upgrade while ISS Group continued and expanded the QAD-connected workflow and procurement layer.
Requisition creation, routing, PunchOut, Catalog, Mobile, MRP Action Center, and QAD PO create/update.
Structured data capture, stakeholder coordination, validation, approvals, and controlled QAD supplier actions.
Request details, validation, approvals, controlled execution, documentation, and reporting.
Data-driven routing, approved buying channels, mobile access, MRP-driven purchasing, direct QAD execution, and complete auditability support the connected model.
Route by rules, roles, data, thresholds, and exceptions.
Use approved channels and contract pricing while reducing entry.
Support review and action away from the desk.
Turn QAD MRP messages into an efficient buying process.
Create or update approved transactions without re-entry.
Retain users, approvals, history, and field-level changes.
